Latest Update: The NABARD Grade A 2026 notification is not yet out, and the online application process will begin shortly after its release. The online application process is expected to start in July to August 2026, with the last date usually falling within 2 to 3 weeks. 

    • Mode of Application: The NABARD Grade A 2026 online application process will be conducted only through the official website. 
    • Application Process: Register, fill in your details, upload the required documents, pay the fee, and submit the form. 
    • Application Fees: For General, OBC, and EWS candidates, the required fee is ₹850 plus GST.
    • Required Documents: Photograph, signature, thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and required details.

Latest Update: The NABARD Grade A application process 2025 began on 08th November 2025, and it will remain open till 30th November 2025.

    • The NABARD does not have a correction window for applications. 
    • If you make any errors while filling out the form, you will not be able to modify it later.

What is the NABARD Grade A 2026 Application Fees?

Candidates must pay the required fee to complete the NABARD online application process. 

    • Payment Mode: Fees can be paid through debit card, credit card, or net banking. 
    • For General, OBC, and EWS candidates, the fee is ₹850 for NABARD Grade A. 
    • The application fee is ₹150 for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates for both NABARD Grade A.

@All NABARD employees satisfying the educational qualification criteria would be eligible to apply. They will be required to pay fee/intimation charges as indicated above at the time of online application, which will be reimbursed on submission of fee receipt only to those employees of NABARD (Staff Candidates) who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the post. The status as staff candidate will be verified at the time of interview.

In case candidates are not eligible to be treated as staff candidates, they are advised to indicate themselves as non-staff candidates and pay fees/intimation charges as applicable to non-staff candidates.

How to apply online for the NABARD Grade A 2026 exam?

Navigate to New Registration

Step 01: Go to the official website of NABARD, click on the “Career Notices” and then tap on ‘CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE’.

Then open the notifications for NABARD Grade A, find the stream [Recruitment To The Post Of Assistant Manager In Grade ‘A’ (RDBS)/ (Rajbhasha Service) -2026], click on “Apply here” link below it.

Next tap on, ‘CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION’.

Step 04

Fill the Application Form

Step 02: You will reach NABARD Application Form. Fill in all your information, Click on the “Save and Next”. You will find the “Provisional Registration Number” of 9 digits with your Password once you’re done.

Note: Save these details for future login purposes. Do not forget/lose your login details as it will be really difficult to recover them.

Step 03: Upload your Photograph (4.5cm * 3.5cm) and signature (with black ink) on this page.

Note: Your photograph should be between 20kb-50kb and your signature should be between 10kb-20kb. Click on Next.

Step 06

Step 04: A new page will open, now fill the first category is basic & the second category is Qualification, experience, language, exam centre (check the list of exam centres here), etc.

Fill in all necessary details. Click on Save & Next button.

Step 07

Verify Details & Complete Registration

Step 05: A preview section will appear, Check all the details carefully as this is the last time to change your information. click on the Complete Registration button on the bottom right.

Step 08

Step 06: Upload your thumb impression (3cm * 3cm) and handwritten declaration (10cm * 5cm) on this page. Your thumb impression should be between 20kb-50kb and handwritten declaration should be between 50kb-100kb. Click on Next.

Hand Written Declaration: “I…………………. (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.

Step 07: Then submit the registration fees, fill in the security code and submit your application fees using a Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking/ Wallet/ Cash Card/ QR Code/ UPI.

What are the required documents for NABARD Grade A online application?

While filling out the NABARD Grade A 2025 application form, candidates will be asked to upload certain documents in the format it is asked. 

Make sure all documents are in JPG/JPEG format and meet the required size and dimension. Keep these documents ready in advance to make the process smooth: 

Passport Size Photograph 

    • The photograph must be a recent passport-size colour image on a light-coloured (preferably white) background. 
    • Look straight at the camera with a clear and relaxed face. Avoid harsh shadows, red-eye, and reflections from glasses. 
    • Religious headwear is allowed but the face must be clearly visible. 
    • Dimensions: 200 x 230 pixels (preferred) 
    • File Size: 20 KB – 50 KB 

Signature 

    • Sign on plain white paper using a black ink pen. 
    • The signature must be your own; no other person is allowed to sign. 
    • Dimensions: 140 x 60 pixels (preferred) 
    • File Size: 10 KB – 20 KB 
    • Signatures in capital letters will not be accepted. 
    • The signature uploaded must match the one you sign during the exam. 

Left Thumb Impression 

    • Place your left thumb impression on white paper using black or blue ink. 
    • Dimensions: 240 x 240 pixels (3 cm x 3 cm at 200 DPI preferred) 
    • File Size: 20 KB – 50 KB 
    • Format: JPG/JPEG only 

Handwritten Declaration 

    • Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels (10 cm x 5 cm at 200 DPI preferred) 
    • File Size: 50 KB – 100 KB 
    • Format: JPG/JPEG only 
    • The exact text for the handwritten declaration will be provided in the official notification. 
    • The declaration must be written in English only, clearly on white paper with black ink. 
    • It must be written by the candidate themselves. Declarations in capital letters will not be accepted. 

Guidelines for Uploading Documents 

    • If the photograph or signature is unclear, your application may be rejected. 
    • After uploading, check that all images (photo, signature, thumb impression, declaration) are clear, properly sized, and in the right place. 
    • If any file is blurred, smudged, or uploaded in the wrong field, you can edit the application and re-upload before final submission. 
    • The signature and handwritten declaration must not be in CAPITAL LETTERS; otherwise, they will be rejected. 
    • Ensure the uploaded photo shows your face clearly and does not have shadows, red-eye, or reflections from glasses. 
    • The signature uploaded must match the one you provide at the time of examination; mismatches may lead to disqualification. 
    • Always keep a printout of your completed online application for future reference.  

How to Upload Documents in NABARD Grade A Application Form Correctly

When I started filling out my NABARD Grade A application form, at one stage, the computer screen displayed an “error” showing an upload failure. What really happened was that I made a small mistake while uploading documents.  

A single error in uploading the documents can cause the entire application to be unsuccessful. So, upload correctly as per requirements.

Uploading Procedure

    • Use Dedicated Links: You should only use the separate links included in the online form for each, including Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, and Handwritten Declaration.
    • Browse and Select: Go to the folder on your device where the scanned documents are located and choose them one by one.  
    • Click the Open/Upload: After selecting the correct file, click the ‘Open/Upload’ button to start the transfer to the NABARD portal. 

Checking Format and Managing Errors

    • Verify Format: Ensure your file meets the required size or format before uploading to avoid uploading failures. 
    • Check for Visibility: Make sure the thumb impression and declaration are clearly visible before clicking final submit.  

Final Confirmation 

    • Registration of Online Application: Your application is not considered complete until you upload all four required documents, including Photo, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, and Declaration.
    • Edit Before Submission: You have the option to edit and re-upload these documents before clicking the final submit button if you see any quality issues.   
    • Record Keeping: Take a printout of the system generated online application form for future reference.
