NABARD Grade A 2025 Application Fee

The total application fee for SC/ST/PWBD is Rs. 150 for both NABARD Grade A & Grade B exams. While the application fee for all other categories is Rs. 800 for NABARD Grade A and Rs. 900 for NABARD Grade B.

apply. They will be required to pay fee/intimation charges as indicated above at the time of
online application, which will be reimbursed on submission of fee receipt only to those

Step 1: Go to the official website of NABARD, click on the “Career Notices” and then tap on ‘CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE’.
Step 2: Then open the notifications for NABARD Grade A, find the stream [Recruitment To The Post Of Assistant Manager In Grade ‘A’ (RDBS)/ (Rajbhasha Service) -2025], click on “Apply here” link below it.
Next tap on, ‘CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION’.

Fill the Application Form
Step 3: You will reach NABARD Application Form. Fill in all your information, Click on the “Save and Next”. You will find the “Provisional Registration Number” of 9 digits with your Password once you’re done.
Note: Save these details for future login purposes. Do not forget/lose your login details as it will be really difficult to recover them.

Step 4: Upload your Photograph (4.5cm * 3.5cm) and signature (with black ink) on this page.
Note: Your photograph should be between 20kb-50kb and your signature should be between 10kb-20kb. Click on Next.

Step 5: A new page will open, now fill the first category is basic & the second category is Qualification, experience, language, exam centre (check the list of exam centres here), etc.
Fill in all necessary details. Click on Save & Next button.

Verify Details & Complete Registration
Step 6: A preview section will appear, Check all the details carefully as this is the last time to change your information. click on the Complete Registration button on the bottom right.

Step 7: Upload your thumb impression (3cm * 3cm) and handwritten declaration (10cm * 5cm) on this page. Your thumb impression should be between 20kb-50kb and handwritten declaration should be between 50kb-100kb. Click on Next.
Hand Written Declaration: “I…………………. (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.

Application Fees Payment & Download Receipt
Step 8: Then submit the registration fees, fill in the security code and submit your application fees using a Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking/ Wallet/ Cash Card/ QR Code/ UPI.

What are the required documents for NABARD Grade A online application?
While filling out the NABARD Grade A 2025 application form, candidates will be asked to upload certain documents in the format it is asked.
Make sure all documents are in JPG/JPEG format and meet the required size and dimension. Keep these documents ready in advance to make the process smooth:
Passport Size Photograph
- The photograph must be a recent passport-size colour image on a light-coloured (preferably white) background.
- Look straight at the camera with a clear and relaxed face. Avoid harsh shadows, red-eye, and reflections from glasses.
- Religious headwear is allowed but the face must be clearly visible.
- Dimensions: 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)

Signature
- Sign on plain white paper using a black ink pen.
- The signature must be your own; no other person is allowed to sign.

Left Thumb Impression
- Place your left thumb impression on white paper using black or blue ink.

- Format: JPG/JPEG only
Handwritten Declaration
- Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels (10 cm x 5 cm at 200 DPI preferred)

- The declaration must be written in English only, clearly on white paper with black ink.
- It must be written by the candidate themselves. Declarations in capital letters will not be accepted.
Guidelines for Uploading Documents
- If the photograph or signature is unclear, your application may be rejected.
- After uploading, check that all images (photo, signature, thumb impression, declaration) are clear, properly sized, and in the right place.
- If any file is blurred, smudged, or uploaded in the wrong field, you can edit the application and re-upload before final submission.
- The signature and handwritten declaration must not be in CAPITAL LETTERS; otherwise, they will be rejected.
- Ensure the uploaded photo shows your face clearly and does not have shadows, red-eye, or reflections from glasses.
- The signature uploaded must match the one you provide at the time of examination; mismatches may lead to disqualification.
- Always keep a printout of your completed online application for future reference.
NABARD Grade A 2025 Eligibility Criteria

NABARD Grade A 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification
Candidates should have graduation or post-graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
The latest education qualification criteria is as follows:
1. Graduation Level –
- General: Minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
- SC/ST/PWBD: Minimum of 55% marks.
2. Post Graduation (MBA/PGDM) –
- General: Minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
- SC/ST/PWBD: Minimum of 50% marks.
3. Candidates must have CA/ CS/ICWA or Ph.D from Institutions recognized by GOI/UGC.

- As per the latest NABARD Grade A age limit criteria, you should be between 21 and 30 years of age as on 01-11-2025.
- You must have been born not earlier than 02-11-1995 and not later than 01-11-2004 to be eligible for the exam.

NABARD Grade A Nationality
When it comes to eligibility based on nationality for the NABARD Grade A exam.
- To be eligible to apply for the NABARD Grade A exam, candidates must be an Indian Citizen with a proof for the same.
- Candidates of any other nationality cannot apply for this examination.
Being aware of the nationality criteria helps applicants avoid any issues during the selection process. This was all about NABARD Grade A Eligibility Criteria.
NABARD Grade A Number of Attempt
The NABARD Grade A exam does not have any restriction on the number of attempts. Candidate only need to make sure that they meet the eligibility criteria such as age limit, educational qualification, and nationality to apply for the exam.
This means that even if you are not selected in your first attempt, you can reappear in the coming years until you cross the maximum age limit specified by NABARD in the official notification.
NABARD Grade A 2025 Admit Card
Latest Update: The exam dates for NABARD Grade A Phase 1 is 20th December 2025, and the Phase 02 exam is scheduled to be conducted on 25th January 2026.
The NABARD Grade A Admit cards for the exams are usually released about two weeks before the exam date for both phases.
Generally, there has been a one-month gap between Phase 1 and Phase 2 exams.
You will be able to download the admit card from the official and the link will stay active until the day of the exam.
For the Interview round, candidates will receive a detailed call letter via their registered email. This letter will contain key information such as roll number, interview schedule, and the exam centre details.
The importance of the NABARD Admit card should be known to all. The NABARD Admit card is an important piece of document without which a candidate will not be allowed to enter the exam centre.

NABARD Grade A & B 2025: Steps to Download Admit Card
The steps that you need to follow to download NABARD Grade A 2025 Call Letter are given below:
Step 01: Visit the official website of NABARD and click on the “Career Notices” tab from the top-right menu bar.

Step 02: A new page will open up, scroll down and you’ll find a button called, “CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE”. Click on it.

Step 03: Doing so will open up a new screen. Here you’d need to scroll down to the section titled, “Recruitment To The Post Of AM(RDBS/Rajbhasha) – Examination Call Letter” .
Now click on “Download Here”.

Step 04: A login Credential page open ups. Choose the language of your choice in which you need your NABARD Grade A Admit to be displayed.
Fill in the Registration No / Roll No. and Password / DOB(DD-MM-YY). At last, enter the Captcha and click on Login. Your NABARD Grade A Examination Call Letter will be displayed on your screen.

Step 05: Download the Admit Card in PDF format and print the same as soon as possible. NABARD Website crashes very often and you don’t want to spend hours before the exam to download the admit card.

Documents to carry for NABARD Grade A Exam 2025
When you go to take the exam, do not forget to take, along with you, certain documents. I have shared with you a list of these documents below:
- NABARD Grade A Admit Card: Paste a recent photograph of yours in space provided on the NABARD Grade A 2025 Call Letter. It will be good if the photograph is same as the one you have provided in the registration form.
- A Valid Photo Identity Proof: You must carry a valid photo ID such as PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, Bank Passbook with photo which is issued by Gazetted officer or Aadhaar, E-Aadhaar, College ID, Employee ID, Bar Council ID, or a photo ID issued by People’s Representative.
Note: These are the following guidelines which are important points for the candidates must be aware while checking the necessary documents to carry on the day of the examination:
- Invalid ID Proof: Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will not be accepted as valid ID proof.
- Name Matching: The name on your NABARD Grade A Call Letter must exactly match the name on your valid photo ID, otherwise, you won’t be allowed to write the exam.
- Name Changes (Post-Marriage):
- Female candidates with name changes after marriage must ensure the name on the call letter matches the photo ID.
- If there’s a mismatch, you’ll only be allowed if you provide a gazette notification, marriage certificate, or affidavit as proof.

NABARD Grade A 2025 Interview Call Letter
Candidates who clear the Mains/Phase II Exam will qualify for the Interview round.
- Such candidates will receive a link via email and SMS to the NABARD recruitment portal for:
- Downloading the Interview call letter
- Filling up the Bio Data form online
- No Grade A Interview call letters will be sent by post.
- Candidates must ensure their registered email ID remains active until the final selection process is completed.

NABARD Grade A 2025 Interview Centres
Candidates who clear Phase 2 get shortlisted for the interview round. An email is sent to shortlisted candidates to intimate their choice of location for the interview.
To intimate your choice of location for the interview, you are required to send an email to “recruitment@nabard.org”, indicating your Registration No., Name and choice centre. Once you do so, NABARD issues a formal call letter.
In case you do not intimate your choice of centre, NABARD would provide a centre based on the correspondence address indicated in the application form. The bank reserves the right to change the interview centre of the candidate(s).
You should also note that NABARD doesn’t allow any change in the interview centre, once selected, under any circumstances. So, you must select the NABARD Interview centre very carefully from the centre choices given below.
