The notification for the RBI Grade B Exam 2025 is yet to be released. The application process for this will start on the same date as the release of the notification and will remain open for approximately 15-20 days. 

RBI publishes a short newspaper advertisement before the release of the official Notification.

Filling out the application form is a mandatory prerequisite for every aspiring candidate. It is the first and foremost step you must take, without it, you will not be eligible to appear in the Exam. 

You must be all aware and careful while completing the application form as RBI does not allow any modification in the application form once it is submitted, nor do they offer any correction window for it. Any errors will require filling out a new form.

The newspaper advertisement for RBI Grade B 2024 was released on 19th July 2024. It has notified details regarding the total number of vacancies, exam dates and date of the notification’s arrival.

To successfully register for the RBI Grade B 2025 exam, you must upload certain documents along with your application form.

Before doing so, it’s important to ensure that these documents are uploaded in JPEF format.

Furthermore, please keep in mind that the signature and handwritten declaration should not be in CAPITAL LETTER, as this will not be accepted in the registration process. 

• Passport Size Photo 
• The photograph must be a recent passport-size color image taken on a light-colored, preferably white background. 
• Dimensions: The scanned photograph should be 200 by 230 pixels. 
• File Size: The file size of the photograph should be between 20 KB and 50 KB
• Signature 
• The signature must be done on a plain white paper with black ink pen. 
• The signature should be of the applicant and not of any other person. 
• Dimensions: The scanned signature should have dimensions of 140 by 60 pixels. 
• File Size: The file size of the signature image must be between 10 KB and 20 KB. 
• Impression of Left Thumb 
• The left thumb impression must be done with black or blue ink on a white paper. 
• Dimensions: The scanned impression of the left thumb should be 240 by 240 pixels. 
• File Size: The file size of the thumb impression image should be between 20 KB and 50 KB. 
• Hand Written Declaration 

*The Hand Written Declaration Text that the RBI demands of the candidates goes something like this: “I,_____ (your name), hereby declare all the information submitted by me in the declaration form is correct, true, or valid. I’ll present the supporting documents as and when needed.” 

• Dimensions: The scanned handwritten declaration should be 800 by 400 pixels. 
• File Size: The file size of the handwritten declaration should be between 50 KB and 100 KB. 
• The uploaded documents should be clear and readable. Unreadable documents could lead to disqualification. 
• The declaration should be written clearly in English on white paper with black ink. 
• Please set the scanner resolution to at least 200 dpi (dots per inch).
  Ensure the Color setting is configured to True Color. 

RBI Grade B Apply Online 2025 – Steps

Fill Registration Form

Step 1: Click on: rbi.org.in, scroll till the bottom of page to click on “Recruitment Related Announcements”.

Step 2: Once page opens, click on current vacancies to open drop-down menu, then open vacancies, on the next page click on “Recruitment of Officers in Grade B- DR (General), DEPR/DSIM-2025”.

Step 3: Once that page opens up, click on “Online Application. After that a new page will open for “New registration”.

Step 4: Once the page opens, fill up all your details, when you are done click on save and next.

Note: you will get a registration number and password. It will then automatically get generated and save it for future reference.

Step 5: Now the photo and signature section will open up.

Step 6: In the next step, fill in your personal details and educational qualifications.

Step 8: Click submit to get a preview of your application, make changes if required or click on ‘Complete Registration’.

Step 9: Next, submit your thumb impression and hand-written declaration.
