The CAIIB Notification 2024

The IIBF has released the exam calendar for CAIIB June and December exam cycle 2024.  

The online application process for the CAIIB June exam 2024 shall start from 7th May 2024 and continue till 27th May 2024.   

The CAIIB exam for June 2024 will be held on 7th, 13th, 14th, 21st and 27th July 2024. 

While for CAIIB December cycle 2024, the registration process will begin from 3rd September 2024 and end on 23rd September 2024. 

The exam dates for CAIIB December 2024 are scheduled on 24th November, 01st, 08th, 14th and 15th December 2024.

Latest Update: The result for CAIIB December 2023 exam has been announced on 06th February 2024 for the exam which took place from 26th November 2023 till 17th December 2023.

The IIBF holds the CAIIB exam twice in a year, usually in month of June and December. The final result for the CAIIB exam is succeeded by the release of the merit list which contains the names of the selected candidates.   

Depending on the cutoff marks, the merit list is released by the IIBF and candidates who clear the cutoff have their names in the list.

Step 1: Visit the official website of IIBF or click on the “Examinations/Courses”. 

Step 2: Select the option of Results/Consolidated Marksheet and click on the link of “Result for CAIIB Examination”.  

Step 3: Enter your Registration/Membership ID and your password, then click on “submit”.  

Step 4: You can check and download your result for future reference.

• The minimum marks required for candidates to pass in each subject is 50 out of 100.  
• If a candidate secures at least 45 marks in each subject with an aggregate of 50% marks in all subjects of the examination in a single attempt, then he/she will be declared as having completed the examination. 
• The candidates will be allowed to retain credits for the subject they have passed in an attempt till the time period allotted for passing the examination is expired.

Steps to calculate the Marks of CAIIB

Step 1: The candidates must keep a note of the total of number of questions attempted and match them with the answers provided in the official answer key to check the accuracy   

Step 2: As per the official information provided by the Institute, there are a total of 100 questions for 100 marks in each subject of CAIIB exam, which means +1 mark is allotted for every question.  

Step 3: According to the marking for the exam, there is no negative marking for attempting incorrect answers.

CAIIB Result – Important Points to Remember

There are few important points that candidates must keep in mind with reference to the CAIIB exam result: 

• The candidates can download the Result advice which will be posted on the official website of IIBF.  
• After the declaration of results, the Consolidated Marksheet for candidates completing examination having more than one subject, will be available on the website. The candidates can download the same after entering login details using membership number and password. 
• Regarding the Final certificate, a Digitally signed certificate will be provided to the candidates who have enrolled and successfully passed the exam. Within 3 weeks from the date of registration, the certificate will be sent through an e- mail on the registered e-mail Id of the candidate with the Institute.
