- SEBI Grade A Application Process – The online application process began on 30th October 2025 and is continue till 28th November 2025.
- SEBI Grade A Exam Dates – The SEBI Grade A 2025 Phase 01 is scheduled to be conducted on 10th January 2026, & Phase 02 exam date is 21st February 2026.
- SEBI Grade A Vacancies – the SEBI Gr. A total number of vacancies for the general stream is 56.

Why you should never miss to check Official SEBI Grade A Notification?
A very interesting case I remember regarding notification, there was an aspirant who was aspiring to clear the SEBI Grade A exams in 2024.
Who began his preparation early by looking for important details like exam dates, syllabus, and vacancies.
The information he got –
The notification was not released at that time, but he was convinced that the SEBI Grade A Phase 1 will be conducted in June 2024 after reading an article on the internet.
He strategized his study plan and began his preparation according to the date he read on the internet. He never looked again for the exam date again after he got so occupied with the preparation as he thought exams were nearby.
What was the real SEBI Grade A 2024 exam date?
The actual exam date for the Phase 1 exam was 27th July 2024, which was later announced in the official notification after his research.
Now what surprised me is; he covered the whole syllabus and revision in a rush, thinking that the exam will start in June. He was very happy to know the truth that now he has one more month to study and revise.
He successfully cleared the examination, but barely cleared the cut-offs.
How situation could have gone opposite?
- Wrong exam date: He thought he had less time than he had in reality because he read an expected date of SEBI Grade A 2024 Phase 1 exams. Imagine if he could have read a date that says that the exams will be conducted in August. He never would have cleared the examination if this was the situation.
- Incomplete Preparation: As we know, he covered the syllabus in a rush, jumping from topics to topics. The fact that he barely touched the cut-offs shows how he might have not cleared the SEBI Grade A exam if he skipped a few more topics.
My advice to avoid any situation like this?
I shared this information for you to have an idea about the whole SEBI Grade A examination process even before the official announcement, as I always aim to do.
