JAIIB Eligibility 2024 – Age Limit

The criteria for age limit form an integral part of the eligibility requirements and this holds true for many exams that are conducted every year.

But in case for this exam, there is no JAIIB age limit specified for candidates in order to appear for this exam.

Nonetheless, there are other crucial aspects regarding JAIIB exam eligibility which will be discussed in the following section below.

Before we move on to the next topic, you can check the important details regarding JAIIB Job profile.

JAIIB Eligibility 2024 – Time Limit and Number of Attempts

Talking about JAIIB examination, the total number of attempts and time limit allotted are extremely crucial for candidates to know as this form an essential part of the JAIIB eligibility criteria.

I have highlighted the following important points related to these factors in the section below:

    • Candidates will be given 5 attempts or 3 years to complete the JAIIB exam and whichever is earlier, shall be counted from the date when he/she has first applied for the exam.

    • It is not mandatory for candidates to give 5 attempts in a consecutive manner.
    •

    • Attempts will be counted once the candidate applies for the exam, irrespective of whether he/she appears for the exam or not.

    • Hence the rules imply that, a candidate will be eligible for any five out of the six examinations conducted within the period of 3 years.

    • Candidates who are unable to pass the JAIIB exam within 3 years or 5 attempts, must re-enroll themselves and credits for the subjects they have passed earlier, if any, shall not be granted.

    • This implies that if candidate avails all 5 attempts before 3 years or has not availed all 5 attempts, but the time period of 3 years is over, he/she will be required to re-enroll themselves.

Before we proceed to the next section, to access detailed information about exam dates for JAIIB, you can check the detailed JAIIB notification I have provided.

Like in the case for JAIIB exam, there is no age limit prescribed for the candidates eligible for CAIIB exam.

However, there are other important aspects of the CAIIB eligibility criteria that candidates need to keep in mind, which will be explained in the following section.
