Latest Update: The RBI Grade B 2026 notification has not been released yet. However, it is expected to be released between July to September 2026.

    • RBI Grade B Phase 01 Admit Card – The latest admit card for the RBI Grade B Phase 1 exam has been out on 12th October 2025, which will be conducted on 18th October 2025. Here is the link to download the RBI Prelims Admit Card 2025.
    • RBI Grade B Phase 02 Admit Card – The RBI Grade B 2025 Phase 2 exam will be held on 06th December 2025, and the admit card for the same will be released on 28th November 2025.
    • RBI Grade B Notification – The official notification for the RBI Grade B Exam has to be released on 08th September 2025. The exam dates for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 will be announced along with the notification.
    • RBI Grade B Admit Card Timeline – The admit cards of RBI Grade B Phase 1 and Phase 2 exams generally get released within two weeks before the respective exams.

RBI Grade B Phase 1 2025 Admit Card

Latest Update: The exam date for the RBI Grade B Phase 1 Exam 2025 is 18th October 2025, the admit card for the same has been relesed on 12th October 2025.

The admit card for the same will be available 15 days prior to the exam.

Previously, the exam for RBI Grade B Phase 1 was held on 08th September 2024, and the admit card for the exam was released on 29th August 2024.

RBI Grade B Phase 2 2025 Admit Card

Latest Update: The RBI Grade B Phase 2 2025 exam date is 06th December 2025 and the admit card for this exam will be out on 28th November 2025.

There is a difference of one month between the Phase 1 and Phase 2 exams, and the admit card for RBI Grade B Phase 2 gets released within a week before the date of exam.

Earlier, the RBI Grade B Phase 2 2024 exam was conducted on 19th October 2024 and the admit card for the same was released on 11th October 2024.

RBI Grade B Interview 2025 Call Letter

The admit card is issued for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the exam, whereas the Interview round requires a call letter.

Step 01: Visit the RBI official website to start with the 2026 RBI Grade B Admit Card download process. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Opportunities@RBI ” link.  

Find the “Current Vacancies” and hover over the menu, then click on the “Call Letters.”

Step 1 - Download RBI Grade B Phase 2 Admit Card

Step 02: Then, click on the “Admit Card, Other Guidelines and Information Handout for Phase-I Examination for Direct Recruitment for the Posts of Officers in Grade ‘B’ (Direct Recruit-DR) (On Probation-OP) (General/DEPR/DSIM) Cadres – Panel Year – 2026”.

Step 2 - Download RBI Grade B Phase 2 Admit Card

Never Forget the RBI Grade B Admit Card

The admit card is the crucial document that you need to bring on exam day. It allows you to enter the examination hall and helps in verifying your identity.   

Consider the Admit Card as your reserved seat in the exam hall. By doing this, you can avoid the risk of forgetting your Admit Card at home. 

Generally, many candidates forget to bring their admit card. While they are well-prepared, but they are not allowed to enter the examination hall. However, many of them also carry electronic devices with them, which are not allowed in the exam hall.  

Usually, RBI Grade B admit cards are released 10-15 days before each phase of the exam.   

The following crucial details are mentioned on admit cards including:

    • Roll Number and Registration ID: This is your unique identification information listed on the admit card.   
    • Exam Venue and Reporting Time: The admit card provides the location where your exam will take place and the time when the gate will close.

    • Letterhead ID: You also have an option to carry a Photo ID issued by a Gazetted Officer or People’s Representative on official letterhead. 
    • Passport Photo: A recent colored photograph that matches the one you uploaded in your application.

What Not to Bring along with RBI Admit Card 

To ensure a steady experience on exam day, it’s important to know the documents you need to carry along with your RBI Grade B admit card along with the items that are not allowed in the exam center. Let’s take a look at what you should bring and what not to bring.

As we have already discussed the items that are mandatory for you to bring along with the Admit Card, now let’s talk about things that are not allowed in the exam hall. 

Things NOT to be carried: 

    • Mobile phones or any communication devices 
    • Electronic gadgets such as pen drives, laptops, tablets, etc. 
    • Smartwatches or fitness trackers 
    • Calculators 
    • Log Books or written material
    • Study material related to the exam 

Additional Points to Remember 

1. Exam Day Instructions –

    • Thumb Impression & Signature: Candidates must give their left thumb impression and signature in front of the invigilator.
    • Carry a Pen: Bring a blue or black ballpoint pen to the exam centre.
    • No Change in Exam Details: Requests for change in post, exam date, shift, centre, or venue will not be accepted.
    • Eligibility Check: You don’t need to show age or qualification documents, but make sure you meet all eligibility criteria. Your documents will be checked later if you’re selected for the interview. 
    • Follow Exam Hall Rules: Do not leave the exam hall without the invigilator’s permission. 
    • Reach on Time: Reach the exam center at least 15 minutes before the time mentioned on your Admit Card since latecomers won’t be allowed to give the exam. 

2. Instructions for PwBD Candidates –

    • PwBD candidates (with writing difficulties and less than 40% disability) should contact the Exam Centre Administrator at least 30 minutes before the exam if they need help. 

3. Candidate Registration at the Examination Center – 

    • Passport-size Photograph: Carry your passport-size photo at the centre as it will be matched with the photo you uploaded. 
    • Photo Verification: Your photograph will be taken at the centre. 
    • Seat Allocation: You will get a seat number and instructions during registration. 

4. Important Guidelines –

    • This Admit Card does not mean you have been selected or offered a job. 
    • You can appear only once for the exam in a single phase. 
    • Your answers will be checked to see if there is any similarity with others. If it is found that answers were shared or copied, your result can be cancelled or withheld. 
    • If any problem happens during the exam (like delay or shift in centre), efforts will be made from the examiner’s side to fix it. A re-exam may be held if needed, but only if the exam body decides. 
    • Sharing or copying exam content in any form; written, spoken, electronic is strictly banned. If you are found, then you can be prosecuted. 
    • Using political or outside influence to get selected can get you disqualified.

  • Any inconsistency in spellings or missing middle name would cause a mismatch in your name on the admit card and the ID proof.  

RBI Grade B 2026 Exam Centres

The RBI designates specific centres in different cities of the country, and these centres are used for the smooth conduction of the RBI Grade B exam.  

    • Phase 1 – In 2025, RBI Grade B have exam centres in 176 cities of India, whereas RBI Grade B 2024 had exam centres in about 185 to 190 cities. As per the latest notification of RBI Grade B 2026, you can see that there have been some changes in the exam centres.
    • Phase 2 – RBI Grade B Phase 2 2026 exam has 21 exam centers, which remained the same as 2025.
    • Interview – The exam centres for Interview round and Phase 2 exam is the same every year.

It should be known that the RBI allows candidates to choose the centre at which they’d like to take the exam in their application form.  

However, after selecting your preference for exam centre, you cannot rectify the details related to the exam centre. Therefore, it is crucial to be very careful while filling your application form.

Documents Required at Exam Centres

It is compulsory to take your RBI Grade B admit cards for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 exams respectively.  

If you fail to carry your admit card to the exam premises, you won’t be allowed to appear for the exam.  

Here are the documents you’d require to carry to your exam hall: 

    • Your Admit Card 
    • A valid ID proof document 
    • A passport size photograph 

Note: You can carry any one out of these valid identity proof documents that I have listed below: 

    • Voter ID 
    • Adhaar Card 
    • Pan Card 
    • Driving License 
    • Passport etc.  

Important Note: Make sure to carry the identity proof which has your date of birth mentioned on it. Also, carry the same passport size photo that you had uploaded during the application process. 

Documents Required at Interview Centres

For the Interview round, you will be asked to produce a few documents for verification purposes at the interview centre.
You must carry the original as well as photocopy of each of the following documents:

  • Print out of the Interview Call Letter
  • Original Attestation Form with affixed, signed photographs
  • Govt. issued ID Proof such as Aadhar Card in original and photocopy
  • All Educational mark-sheets and certificates
  • Bio-Data Form (1 original & 6 photocopies) in prescribed size with signed photographs
  • OBC/SC/ST Candidates also need to carry the original caste certificate along with its photocopy
  • EWS Candidates also need to carry the original Income & Asset certificate along with its photocopy.

Important Things to Remember

  1. Examination centres and dates are subject to change with the Board’s choice. 

Note: Admitted candidates will be informed of the final time and place of exam. Requests for centre changes will not be accepted. 

  1. Candidates must select four preferred centres each for Phase 1 and Phase 2 in the online application. Preferences may differ for each phase and can be from any State/UT/NCR. The Board may allot a different centre if required. 
  1. Candidates must appear at their own risk and expense. The Board does not provide travel or lodging and is not responsible for any injury or loss during the exam.

    When will the RBI Grade B Phase 1 and Phase 2 admit cards be released for the 2025 Exam?
    The RBI Grade B admit cards are generally released two weeks before the respective exam dates. 

    • Phase 1 Admit Card 2025 was released on 12th October 2025 for the exam which is conducted on 18th October 2025.
    • The RBI Grade B 2025 Phase 2 exam will be held on 06th December 2025.
