The RBI Grade B admit card is the single most essential document you must carry on the day of the exam. Without it, you won’t be permitted entry into the exam center.

I can tell you that no matter how ready you are, if you forget something as simple as the admit card, it can throw everything off track.

Speaking of one similar experience of mine from when I was all set to travel but forgot my boarding pass at home and the airline staff did not let me board the plane.

RBI Grade B Admit Card 2025

The official notification for the RBI Grade B Exam has not been released yet. The exam dates for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 will be announced along with the notification.

The admit cards of RBI Grade B Phase 1 and Phase 2 exams generally get released within two weeks before the respective exams.

Based on past trends, there is usually a gap of one month between the Phase 1 and Phase 2 exam, same is true for admit cards as well.

The window to download the admit card remains available from the release of the hall ticket on the official website until the date of the examination. 

Regarding the Interview, the candidates receive a call letter on their registered E-mail-ID which contains important details such as roll number, date of examination, and exam center.

RBI Grade B Admit Card 2024

Latest Update: – For the Phase II exam, which will be conducted on 19th October 2024, the admit card for the same will be out on 11th October 2024.

The admit card for RBI Grade B 2024 Phase 1 exam has been released on 29th August 2024 and the exam for the same will be held on 08th September 2024.

It is to be noted that the RBI Grade B Hall tickets are released along with an information handout and important guidelines that candidates need to follow when entering the exam hall.   

These guidelines include details like mandatory documents to be carried when appearing for the exam, rules, etc.  

For both RBI Grade B Phase 1 and Phase 2 exams, the admit card for the same usually releases 2 weeks prior to the exam.

RBI Grade B Phase 1 2025 Admit Card

The exam dates for RBI Grade B Phase 1 Exam 2025 will be announced with the release of notification, and the admit card for the same will be available 15 days prior to the exam.

Latest Update: The exam for RBI Grade B Phase 1 will be held on 08th September 2024, the admit card for the exam has been released on 29th August 2024.

RBI Grade B Phase 2 2025 Admit Card

The RBI Grade B Phase 2 2025 exam date will be announced with the release of the notification.

There is a difference of one month between the Phase 1 and Phase 2 exams, and the admit card for RBI Grade B Phase 2 gets released within a week before the date of exam.

The RBI Grade B Phase 2 2024 exam was conducted on 19th October 2024 and the admit card for the same is was released on 11th October 2024.

RBI Grade B Interview 2024 Call Letter

The admit card is issued for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the exam, whereas the Interview round requires a call letter.

The call letter is specifically sent for the final stage of the RBI Grade B exam process, which involves the interview and document verification. 

To avoid any confusion, it’s important to understand the distinction between these two terms, which are often used interchangeably: “admit card” and “call letter.”

Steps to download Admit Card

In this section, I mentioned the step-by-step process to download the RBI Grade B admit card 2025. These steps are as follows: 
 
Step 01: Visit the RBI official website to start with the 2025 RBI Grade B Admit Card download process. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Opportunities@RBI ” link.  

Step 1 - Download RBI Grade B Phase 2 Admit Card

Step 02: After a new page appears, from the top menu, hover your mouse over the “Current Vacancies” tab, and click on “call letters”.

Then, click on the “Admission Letters & other guidelines and information handouts for the Examination for the post of Officers in Grade-B DR (DEPR/DSIM)-2025”.

Step 2 - Download RBI Grade B Phase 2 Admit Card
Step 3: A new page opens up, click on “Admission Letters″.

Documents Required at Exam Centres

It is compulsory to take your RBI Grade B admit cards for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 exams respectively.  

If you fail to carry your admit card to the exam premises, you won’t be allowed to appear for the exam.  

Long story short, here are the documents you’d require to carry to your exam hall: 

    • Your Admit Card 
    • A valid ID proof document 
    • A passport size photograph 

Note: You can carry any one out of these valid identity proof documents that I have listed below: 

    • Voter ID 
    • Adhaar Card 
    • Pan Card 
    • Driving License 
    • Passport etc.  

PS: Make sure to carry the identity proof which has your date of birth mentioned on it. Also, carry the same passport size photo that you had uploaded during the application process. 

Documents Required at Interview Centres

For the Interview round, you will be asked to produce few documents for verification purposes at the interview centre.  
You must carry the original as well as photocopy of each of the following documents:

  • Print out of the Interview Call Letter
  • Original Attestation Form with affixed signed photographs
  • Govt. issued ID Proof such as Aadhar Card in original and photocopy
  • All Educational mark-sheets and certificate
  • Bio-Data Form (1 original & 6 photocopies) in prescribed size with signed photographs
  • OBC/SC/ST Candidates also need to carry the original caste certificate along with its photocopy
  • EWS Candidates also need to carry the original Income & Asset certificate along with its photocopy.
